About
Change of Heart Prison Ministry Inc. is a non-profit ecumenical Christian Ministry for young men and women who are in the custody of an Ohio Correctional facility. Our purpose is to manifest God’s love to incarcerated youth, known as “Stars” (male inmates) or "Angels" (female inmates), through a 3-day course in Christianity and an ongoing follow-up program. We do this by bringing together a team of adults and youth who work together during the 3-day event to meet and show the love of God to the inmates at one of the many Ohio facilities we have partnered with. We work closely with the on-site Chaplains and correctional officers to bring a fun-filled, Jesus-centered weekend that changes the lives of these precious people. We also continue ministry after the weekend event with follow-up visits.
The 3-day course is modeled after other Christian-based programs like Chrysalis, Cross, Cursillo, Happening, Kairos Prison Ministry, Tres Dias, Vida Nueva, and Walk to Emmaus. We would love for you to join us and be a part of being the hands and feet of Jesus. Please contact us below to get more information.
Our Vision
To change the hearts of incarcerated youth so upon release, they may have a better outlook on life and the community they can serve in.
Our Commitment
We will continue our service to the Stars and Angels after they have gone through the program until they are released.

Testimonials
“ ‘Change of Heart Prison Ministries’ meant so much to me. I never knew so many people could love me without ever asking for anything else. I've found God and forgiveness I never knew about and I am grateful to know there's people that I can finally lean on, a family that I never had. Thank you to all the ‘Change of Heart' people."
Brittney
“ ‘Change of Heart Prison Ministries’ weekend opened up the gateway of the true freedom that Christ has offered to me and promised me when He died so that I may live. I was reminded that I'm forgiven and that by Christ’s grace I can be a new person in my attitude, work and love. Hate no longer, co-exist with Christ’s love in me, love stands as majesty in my heart."
Camilia
“ ‘Change of Heart Prison Ministries’ meant true love to me…God's true love. It taught me that I can be loved unconditionally without even earning it. I learned God's grace and mercy that is new each and every day. I learned how to forgive and truly let God work on my heart. I truly learned love.”
